The Registering Couple – Terms and Conditions for Registration and Site Usage
6. To make use of the Thomas Cook Weddings & Honeymoons Gifting Service, all Registering Couples must agree to the terms and conditions of use, herewith;7. The Registering Couple must have a current/live Honeymoon or Wedding Abroad booking with one of the following tour operators within the Thomas Cook Group; Thomas Cook, JMC, Sunset, Thomas Cook Signature (including Thomas Cook Tours), Style Villas, Airtours, Manos and Panorama.
8. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Your Account area of the website.
9. For a limited period , registration to use the Thomas Cook Weddings and Honeymoons Gifting Service is free. This offer could be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The normal price for registration outside of this initial offer period is £19.99.
10. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of, and all activities that occur under, your account/password, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
11. Information collected by ATOM Partners Limited, on behalf of Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited, within the Couple’s Registration form, will not be passed to any third party and will not be used by Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited for any other purpose, unless you have opted to be sent information from Thomas Cook during the registration process.
12. The Maximum Value of gifts that a Registering Couple’s guests can contribute is no more than the total value of the booking. This is the actual value of the booking (including deposit), to be paid by the Registering Couple, including any discounts, or special offers. If the value of the booking changes, prior to departure, you are responsible for informing the Thomas Cook Honeymoon Gifting Support Team.
13. The ‘live’ duration of a Registering Couple’s Thomas Cook Honeymoon Gifting Service welcome/promotion site, will be no more than 18 months, being closed the day before the couple’s departure date, by default. The Registering Couple could change this date to an earlier date on request. 5 days before the departure date, couples will be contacted to supply the details of the account that their collected gift funds are to be transfered to, by electronic transfer, 4 days before the departure date. A minor banking transfer charge may be incurred. The couple's account will be closed for gifting from this point. To aid security, these bank details are not held on our system following the transfer of the collected gift balance.
14. We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
15. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
16. You understand that you, and not ATOM Partners Limited, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.
17. You must not use the website for any of the following:
• for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
• to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam"
• to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety
The Gifting Guest – Terms and Conditions for Site Usage
18. To make use of the Thomas Cook Weddings & Honeymoons Gifting Service, all contributing guests must agree to the terms and conditions of use, herewith;19. Information submitted to ATOM Partners Limited by the Gifting Guest will not be passed to any third party other than Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited and will not be used by Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited for any purpose other than the Gifting Service, unless you have opted to be sent information from Thomas Cook during the registration process.
20. The Maximum Value of ‘virtual’ gift vouchers that a Registering Couple’s guests can contribute is no more than the total value of the Registering Couple’s booking. In some instances, you may not be able to gift the full amount you wish, due to the total value of the booking already being collected. In this instance, we suggest you make other arrangements directly with the couple in question.
21. For Credit & Debit Card Transactions, you will be charged a small handling fee, which will contain the credit card transaction fee levied by our chosen Credit Card Transaction Partner. The gifting guests can choose whether to include (or otherwise) the handling fee within the total of their gifted amount.
22. When guests choose to gift through the Thomas Cook Honeymoon Gifting Service, you do so by choosing the value of Thomas Cook Virtual Honeymoon Gifting Vouchers. The Virtual Vouchers purchased can only be used as a contribution towards the designated couple and their total booking amount and will expire when converted into a payment transferred to the couple on or before their date of departure.
23. For Personal or building society cheques, a small handling fee is charged and details of how to send a personal or building society cheque can be obtained by telephoning Thomas Cook Honeymoon Gifting Support Team, or via the website. If sending a cheque, please post at least 7 days prior to the closure date of the couple’s account. This date can be found on the couple’s welcome Email Message, or Invitation Insert. A receipt for the purchase of the Thomas Cook Virtual Honeymoon Gifting Vouchers will be forwarded to the Gifting Guests Email or postal address provided. This Receipt will be from ATOM Partners Limited.
Due to an increase in UK banking charges, a 1% or £15.00 (whichever is the lower) Banking Transfer Fee will be deducted from a couple’s final gift balance, prior to transfer to the couple’s nominated bank account.
24. Gifting guests outside of the UK are able to use the Thomas Cook Honeymoon Gifting Service, by selecting the pay by Credit Card option. A GBP (Sterling) figure may show on your credit card statement, according to your Credit Card provider.
25. The ‘live’ duration of a Registering Couple’s Thomas Cook Honeymoon Gifting Service welcome/promotion site, will be no more than 18 months, with the gifting collection facility opening within 56 days/8 weeks before date of departure and being closed the day before the couple’s departure date, by default. The Registering Couple could change this date to an earlier date on request.

Security and Credit/Debit Card Transactions Terms to be included
We take security very seriously and have implemented a bank approved encryption system to protect your transactions with us. Any personal details entered, including credit/debit card payments, will be automatically encrypted. You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen to confirm this so that you can carry out your transaction with complete confidence.Gift Returns Policy
If for any reason the Registering Couple cancel their Honeymoon or Wedding Abroad with Thomas Cook after step two of the registration process has been completed and their service has gone live, we regret that we are not able to refund the registration fee.If, when the cancellation is effected, the closing date of the account has passed and any collected funds have been transferred to the Registering Couple, then the Couple will be responsible for returning any gift funds to Gifting Guests. If, when the cancellation is effected, the date of the closure of the account has not passed and the account is still live, then we will endeavour to return all gifts to the Guests that placed them. An administration fee of 2% will be deducted from the value of the gift in the instance of gifts having to be returned to Gifting Guests due to cancellation.
