If you have booked your Honeymoon with Thomas Cook, you can now register to use this service for FREE! You can book your Thomas Cook Honeymoon either in-store, on-line or by telephone.

You can book your Thomas Cook Honeymoon with any of the following Tour Operators; Thomas Cook Signature, Thomas Cook Tours, Thomas Cook Weddings, Airtours, Manos, Panorama, Tradewinds and Style Villas.

Questions & answers

Q. Can we initially open a Voucher Account, whilst we decide where we would like to go on Honeymoon?
A. Yes, you can register for a Voucher Account at any point, which gives you all the functionality of the Full Service.

Q. Can a Voucher Account be upgraded to a Full Account?
A. Yes, as soon as you have placed your booking, you can send your Couple Code, along with your Booking Details to support@atompl.co.uk and your account will be upgraded. To Upgrade your account, we will need the following; Booking Reference, Date of Departure, Desination and Total Value of Booking (including any deposit paid).

Q. Do I get cash or vouchers when my account closes?
A. If you have a Full Account a Bank-to-Bank transfer will be done when you account closes. If you still have a Voucher Account and no booking when your account closes, you will be sent the Vouchers collected by Sercure Post.

Q. My Voucher Account has closed and I Haven't given you by Booking Details - Do I have to have Vouchers at this point?
A. No, we will upgrade you account to a full account, if you send us the details of your booking (see above). We will then ask for Bank Details and transfer the money to your account.

Q. Can we Change the wording on the Invitation Inserts?
A. No - Due to restricted space on the Inserts, they can only include the basic introduction for guests, as well as Gifting Methods.

Q. Can we change the date that our Account closes?
A. Yes - Simply send your request to support@atompl.co.uk For security reasons, we will need your Couple Code and your own Password on the site to do this.

Q. Can we use the money collected so far, to settle our outstanding balance as it is due?
A. Yes - If you have gifting in your account before your balance us due, you can request an early gift redemption. The gifts collected will be sent to you as Vounchers, which you can then use in-store when you settle your balance. You will need to give us at least 4 days notice, so we have time to post the Vouchers to you securely.

Q. We don't seem to have received a request for Bank Details from you - When will I be asked for these?
A. As your account closes, you will receive an automated Email from us, telling you waht to do. You can either complete the Email and send it back, or alternatively you can call us on 01246 541920 (durring normal office hours), to give us your details.

Q: We are a registered couple and need to know our couple code. How can we view this?
A: When logged-in to your secure couple administration area, using your Lead Passenger Email address, plus your Password, you can either send a copy of the Welcome Email to your own Email address, or alternatively, you can pick an Invitation Insert Design and click the View and Print option. Both the Welcome Email and the Invitation Insert contain your Couple Code, Your Guest Password, the dates that your gifting account is open, plus the Telephone Helpline, to allow guests to place gifts over the telephone.

Q: I am a Guest and would like to send a gift by cheque in the post. How do I do this?
A: All cheques must be made payable to ATOM Partners Limited and posted to; Atom TCWHGS, Tapton Park Innovation Centre, Chesterfield, S41 0TZ. Please write the couple code and guest password of the couple you wish to send the gift to on the reverse of the cheque. Also, you will need to 80p to the total of the cheque, to cover administration costs.

Q. Is there a minimum guest contribution in place?
A. Yes, there is a minimum virtual Thomas Cook voucher of £5, with all gifting being in increments of £5. Example; £5, £10, £15, etc.

Q. Some of my family and friends live outside the UK , can they send me gifts using this service?
A. Yes, they can use this service in exactly the same way and use any of the 4 payment methods available.

Q. Can we collect and receive gifts in excess of the value of our booking?
A. No, we are only able to issue virtual Thomas Cook vouchers up to the value of the live booking.

Q. I do not have a credit or debit card, can I still make a gift contribution?
A. Yes, you can make payments either through Paypal if you have an account or alternatively you can send a personal or building society check or international money order from your post office.

Q. Some of my family and friends are not on line, how do I tell them about this service?
A. Within the couple’s secure administration area, you can create an invitation insert card, which contains all of the information your family and friends will require for making gift payments by telephone and post. These inserts can be sent out in your traditional wedding invitations.

Q. Will we get our gift balance before departure?
A. Yes, couples will be asked for their account details 5 days prior to date of departure, which will then allow the funds to be transferred electronically.

Q. Can I use the gifts collected on the Gifting Service, when I settle my outstanding balance?
A. Yes, on request, we can post you the gifts collected to date, in the form of Thomas Cook Worldwide Travel Vouchers, which can then be used in store. These are sent by Secure Courier and will need to be signed for on arrival. Your account will then stay open until the set closing date and all additional gifts will then be passed to you as a final bank-to-bank transfer at the close of your account. Please Note; if you intend to use the gifts collect to date in this manner, please allow sufficient time for your vouchers to be posted to you, in time to settle your outstanding balance. Please also note; we can only post vouchers once during the life of an account.

Q. Why is there a fee to use my Thomas Cook Credit Card when making a contribution when my card benefits say I wont get charged a handling fee to use my card at Thomas Cook?
A. Unfortunately as the Gifting Service & website are operated by ATOM Partners Limited the standard credit card handling fee will apply as it is not Thomas Cook taking the payment

Q. Can I redeem my Thomas Cook Travel Pounds to make a contribution as a gifting guest?
A. Unfortunately as the Gifting Service & website are operated by ATOM Partners Limited you cannot redeem your Travel Pounds to make a contribution but you will earn standard Travel Pounds from using your Thomas Cook Credit Card as per the conditions of making any purchases on your credit card.
