Yes - Thomas Cook continues to trade as usual. Thomas Cook is a robust business and you can be assured that your holiday is fully protected when you book with Thomas Cook. Customers are also covered under the ATOL scheme within the UK, so you can be confident that your holiday is safe. Please note that although ATOM Partners Ltd who operate this Gifting Service are affiliated and contracted to The Thomas Cook Group, the funds that are held on behalf of couples are not linked to Thomas Cook.
Can I cancel my holiday or Gift List?
There is no need to worry, your holiday is safe. If you do wish to cancel your holiday or Gift List, normal cancellation policies would apply as it is business as usual.
Is Thomas Cook Group in financial difficulties?
No. It’s business as usual. As a UK plc Thomas Cook have to announce certain plans and discussions to the stock exchange as a matter of course.
To send a cheque for a gifting account;
- Please write the Couple Code and the Guest Password on the reverse of the cheque
- Include you message (150 word max) and name on a separate peice of paper
- Add 80p to the vlaue of the gift to cover cheque processing and receipting
- Make the cheque payable to: ATOM Partners Ltd
- Post Cheque to: ATOM Partners Ltd, Thomas Cook WHGS, Tapton Park Innovation Centre, Chesterfield S41 0TZ
